UPDATE: Both Sebeka and Ottertail Clinics are back to normal operations as of Friday, Aug. 27.
The Tri-County Health Care Sebeka clinic is closing immediately for the remainder of the Thursday, Aug. 26 due to an unexpected power outage.
Additionally, the internet and phones at the Ottertail clinic are down. Tri-County is currently working on a solution.
