Wadena Jr. Babe Ruth returns from state tournament after a loss to state champions

The team defeated Detroit Lakes and Paynesville on their trip to state.

The future looks bright as the Wadena 13U Babe Ruth baseball team once again made a trip to the state tournament.
The team first defeated Detroit Lakes and Paynesville before an upset loss to Alexandria and Fergus Falls. Alexandria went on to win the championship.
The team included coach Tony Kreklau, Kylan Benning, Leo Petrowski, Hunter Sweere, Raleigh Parker, Ben Kreklau, Noah Drange, Nick Steinke, Braylin Deleon, Zack Wiederich, Hudson Hathaway, Gage Mallak, Logan Seelhammer, Elijah Kossan.
