Samantha Holweger and Jessica Rinkel placed fourth in the No. 1 doubles competition last Wednesday in the Wadena-Deer Creek Invitational.
The WDC duo fell to Kiera and Sabrina Zimmel of Osakis 6-4, 7-5 in the third place match.
WDC's Macy Hartman earned fifth placed in the No. 2 singles match by defeating Tonya Hetland of Osakis 6-7 (2-7), 7-6 (7-5), (10-8).
Hanna Larson of WDC topped Sartell's Karlee Burrows 2-6, 6-4 (10-5) in No. 4 singles play.
Earning seventh place for the Wolverines was Haley Anderson, who defeated West Central Area's Mikayla Paulson 2-6, 6-3 (10-4).

WDC's Andrea Jensen lost to Brittany Garum 6-3, 7-6 in their fifth-place match at No. 3 singles.
WDC's No. 2 and No. 3 doubles teams both lost in their seventh-place matches. Anna Melter and Paige Hartman lost to Detroit Lakes' Ashley Syvertson and Brianna Seebold 6-2, 6-4. Ashley Carlson and Hanna Jacobson lost to New York Mills' Abby Salo and Victoria Selander 6-7 (6-8), 6-2, (10-4).
"The girls showed improvement and pulled out some good victories in super tiebreakers," WDC head coach Neil Koehler said. "We still have to work on being more consistent to get more points to go our way, and work on finishing off matches when we get ahead."
Stewartville edged Osakis by a single point to capture top team honors in the eight-team meet.
The Wolverines will travel to Park Rapids Tuesday for a 4:30 p.m. match.
