Grant Schow scored a hat trick and Ben Leitch kicked out 15 shots Thursday night as the Willmar Cardinals whipped the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 5-0.
Also scoring goals for the Cardinals were Stephen Reynolds and James Johnston.
Tyler Muehler stopped 55 shots in the loss.
The victory gave the Cards an 11-9 record and dropped the Wolverines to 4-17.
