HOUSTON, Texas - Troy Manselle, 52, Gillette, Wyo., formerly Deer Creek, Minn., died Thursday, Dec. 17, in Houston Hospice.

A celebration of life open house will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at Karvonen Funeral Home in Wadena, Minn.
