NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. - Tracy Frost, 47, New York Mills, Minn., died Friday, June 10, in New York Mills.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New York Mills. Visitation will continue from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a funeral at 1 p.m., Friday, June 17, at the church.
