Wadena-Deer Creek Dollars for Scholars chapter will hold its annual phonathon from 5-8 p.m. on Nov. 9 to raise money for scholarships.
During the phonathon, Wadena-Deer Creek High School students will be calling area residents asking for scholarship donations. Your support will be helpful and truly appreciated.
"The more we get in donations, the more we can give out in scholarships to our seniors," said Toni Kraska, WDC High School counselor.
The mission of WDC Dollars for Scholars is to expand students' access to higher education by involving the community to provide monetary support through student scholarships.
