A Wadena woman was charged March 17 with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 for an alleged incident at her house in December.
The alleged victim said Demea Daone Crocker, 44, rubbed her shoulders, kissed her on the top of her head and touched her breast. The girl said Crocker had been drinking that day.
In Wadena County court documents, Crocker denied rubbing the alleged victim's back or touching her breast, but said she may have kissed her head and winked at her.
The first appearance in the case was set for April 13.
