Richard Denny of Wadena was driving a 2005 Freightliner box delivery truck west on Morrison County Road 48 (233rd Street) attempting to cross Minnesota Highway 371 when he failed to yield to a 2008 Chevrolety Town and Country van in the right southbound lane of Highway 371, according to the Minnesota State Patrol report.

The broadside crash occurred at about 1:32 p.m. Tuesday near Camp Ripley, north of Little Falls. Denny, 60, had no apparent injury.

Van driver Tracy L. Greene, 54, of Faribault, Minn., was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Three adult passengers in the van, Marion J. Greene, Anna M. Amudson and Renee L. Perron were treated and released from St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls.
