On Saturday July 25, 4-H members participated in the pre-fair dog show at the Wadena County Fairgrounds.
Kids enrolled in 4-H in Wadena County that participated in at least seven of 14 dog trainings throughout the summer months were in attendance. More than 30 kids participated in dog obedience and agility competitions as well as showmanship classes. The winners will be able to go on to the Minnesota State Dog Show in September to represent Wadena County. The kids that participated in the dog show will receive ribbons and trophies this Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Wadena County Fair during the dog exhibition show.
