United Country First Minnesota Real Estate is set to join two counterparts in a building that also houses StarLite Cuts and an equipment rental business east of Wadena on U.S. Highway 10.
Mick Nasset, broker, and Denise Rousslang, realtor, said United Country is a nationwide realtor that has a presence in 44 states. They said the company's listings are all networked, and instantly go up nationwide.
United Country is planning a grand opening on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 6-7, from noon to 4 p.m. each day. Food will be served, and the event is open to the public.
The agency also offers home warranties at no cost to the seller or buyer, and has access to its own mortgage company for financing, Nasset said.

The owner of the building, Jonathan Korfe, also has an equipment rental business that's now open called Valley Motors. Equipment is also for sale and by consignment.
