Two one-vehicle rollovers with injuries were reported in the area Sunday.

At 10:20 p.m. Sunday a Vergas man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover, according to the State Patrol.

Gage D. Barnes, 25, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee southbound on Highway 78 in Otter Tail County when he attempted to pass a vehicle, and the Jeep left the roadway and rolled.

He was wearing a seat belt and the airbag deployed. He was taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.

The Jeep was totaled.

Emergency workers from the police department, fire department and ambulance service in Perham assisted at the scene, along with Otter Tail County deputies.

The accident occurred on dry two-lane pavement at milepost 42.

At 9:46 p.m. Sunday, a Mahnomen woman was injured in a one-vehicle rollover on Highway 113 in Becker County.

Angela D. Holt, 41, was eastbound in a 2001 Passport when the Honda went into the ditch and rolled. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Essentia St. Mary's hospital in Detroit Lakes, according to the State Patrol.

She was wearing a seatbelt and the airbags deployed. The Honda was totaled.

The accident occurred at mile marker 48. White Earth tribal police officers assisted at the scene.
