WDC Wolverine Kindergarteners participated in a fresh new event prior to their winter holiday. Students were given tickets to "ride" the Polar Express and were divided into four groups. They traveled to each "station" or kindergarten classroom, had their tickets punched, then joined in the fun at each station.
Station One was listening to the story of Polar Express and singing Christmas songs.
Station Two was coloring a train glyph.
Station Three was a train game with uni-fix cubes.
At the last stop each child received a bell necklace to remind them of the magic of Christmas.
