A Sebeka man was charged in Wadena County District Court for a sexual relationship with a girl starting in her teens.
Travis John Pickar, 27, was charged Sept. 21 with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. According to court records, Pickar began making sexual advances toward the girl when she was 15, but he told police that they didn't have sex until she was 16. The girl told authorities they had an improper sexual relationship for approximately two years.
His first court appearance was set for Nov. 9.
