PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing

has been scheduled to be held before the

You must appear at the hearing. If you

do not appear at the hearing, the court may

grant the relief requested in the Complaint or

take any further action the court finds appro-

priate without further notice or hearing.

This is the only notice you will receive

informing you of this hearing.

You have twenty (20) days after service of

this Summons to respond to the Complaint.

The day on which you receive this Summons

is not included in the twenty (20) days. If an

Amended Complaint is served on you and

you choose to respond to it, you must do so

within the time remaining to respond to the

initial Summons and Complaint or ten (10)

days after service of the Amended Com-

plaint, whichever time is longer. To respond

you must serve and file a written Answer or

Counter Complaint. Your written Answer or

Counter Complaint must be served separate-

ly on all the parties including the county. You

are also required to file your written Answer

or Counter Complaint with the court adminis-

trator. Service on the county by U.S. mail

must be made upon the county attorney list-

ed at the end of this document.

You have the right to a lawyer of your

choosing at your own expense.

This action is to establish support for the

joint child(ren) listed in the Complaint, Motion

and Supporting Affidavit.
