OTTER TAIL-WADENA COMMUNITY

ACTION COUNCIL

REQUEST FOR

PROPOSALS

This Request for Proposal is to contract for

the United States Department of Energy Low

Income Weatherization Services, funded by

the American Recovery and Reinvestment

Act of 2009, administered by the Minnesota

Department of Commerce, and delivered by

the Otter Tail-Wadena Community Action

Agency, Inc. This RFP is limited to contract-

ed weatherization electrical work for furnace

and water heater replacements, solar air

space heaters, general repairs, and specifi-

cally identified electrical service work asso-

ciated with and located in Otter Tail and

Wadena Counties.

The Agency encourages small business-

es, women, veterans, persons with substan-

tial physical disabilities, and minority owned

businesses to respond to this RFP.

All work is required to be performed under

the Davis Bacon Act and Department of La-

bor prevailing wage requirements.

The Agency reserves the right to reject

any or all proposals received in response to

this RFP.
