NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Wadena will receive sealed

proposals in the office of the City Administra-

tor until 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 25,

2009, for financial auditing services for a

three year period starting with 2009 and end-

ing with 2011.

All firms interested in offering proposals for

this request may request a detailed RFP

from the City of Wadena, 222 S.E. 2nd

Street, Wadena, MN. Questions concerning

this RFP can direct to the City Administrator,

Bradley A. Swenson, or City Finance Officer,

Lloyd J. Lanz, at (218) 631-7707.

The City reserves the right to accept or re-

ject any and all proposals submitted.
