A 19-year-old Perham man was charged May 15 in Wadena County District Court with third-degree criminal sexual conduct -- victim 13-15.
On May 8, Wadena police officer interviewed a 14-year-old female victim, court documents said, who told police she had sex with Gregory M. Keppers 10-15 times, including in his vehicle, in a Wadena warming house and in a ditch.
During his interview, Keppers told police the girl is obsessed with him and won't leave him alone, and denied ever having sexual contact with her, court records said.
An omnibus hearing was scheduled in the case for June 9.
