A 30-year-old Park Rapids man died after a head-on collision with a semi truck near Stanley, N.D. Tuesday.
According to the North Dakota State Patrol, Jason Burton's vehicle was "northbound on Highway 8 Tuesday afternoon when he tried to pass one semi truck and was hit, head-on, by another semi traveling in the opposite direction."
Funeral arrangements are pending with Jones Pearson in Park Rapids.
Burton was apparently living in Stanley and working in the Oil Patch.
