A native of Oylen east of Sebeka was killed in a motorcycle accident on the Alaska Highway in southwest Yukon, Canada.
Wendell Jenson, 68, was killed in the crash June 27, according to relatives.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Jenson was driving through a constrution zone on a gravel-topped section of the highway just north of Burwash Landing, according to the Whitehorse Star.
The newspaper said Jenson was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet, and police did not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
