Federal offices, mail to observe day of mourning
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Federal offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 5, for a national day of mourning for former President George H.W. Bush.
The United States Postal Service will suspend mail deliveries and retail services but provide limited package delivery.
President Donald Trump has proclaimed Wednesday as a national day of mourning after Bush, 94, died Friday. Bush was the nation's 41st president.
