Edwin Andrew Odland, 37, of Menahga, was charged for a second time this year with domestic violence related charges after a fight with a woman Feb. 15.
Odland was charged April 24 with domestic assault by strangulation and a second count of domestic assault after an altercation Feb. 15 on First Street NE in Menahga.
A woman there called police to report Odland had kicked her out of the home while she was wearing nothing but pajamas, Wadena County court records indicated. When police responded, the woman told them that Odland had pushed her four to five times and had placed his hand around her throat to choke her.
On Feb. 18, Odland was interviewed and he said he had been arguing with the woman verbally, but denied pushing, striking or choking her.
Odland has a previous domestic violence related conviction from February 2009.
