FARGO - A Moorhead man is accused of masturbating at a public laundry last month.
On July 27, a woman at Busy Bubbles at 2102 12 St. N. called police after a man there appeared to be masturbating while watching his computer in the lobby.
The woman said the man also went into the bathroom with his computer twice, for about 10 minutes each time, according to police reports.
When police arrived, they spoke with the man who was identified as Levi Schumacher. Schumacher admitted to police he was watching "adult material" on his computer but he was not masturbating, the report said. Schumacher said he went to the bathroom to "adjust himself."
Schumacher was charged today in Cass County District Court with one count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor.
