Madhatters will hold adult theater workshop sessions again this year during Drama Camp held the last week in July and first week in August.

Dates are Tuesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 29, Tuesday, Aug. 3 and Thursday, Aug. 5. Each event will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Wadena Memorial Auditorium Stage (except July 29, which will be held at the Fairgrounds.)

There is no cost.

Each year the workshops are individualized for the participants needs and desired experience. Past workshops have included: developing improvisation skills, character development, monologue cold readings, audition skills, directing and rehearsal skills.

Madhatters understand the financial and emotional stressors that have affected Wadena and its surrounding communities recently. They invite everyone to take a break from reality and "play" with them, even if it's only for an evening. They play a lot of acting games (akin to "Who's Line Is It, Anyway?") and have tons of laughs while learning acting skills that are helpful in our everyday lives. Come just to watch or jump in and join them.

The classes will be lead by Robin Jensen ( www.orlandomusictheater.com ) and Justin Edin of Staples.
