PERHAM — A man and woman were transported to Perham Health following a single-boat crash near the Rush Lake public access on July 3, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office.
Roukos Jacobs, 44, of Plymouth, Minn., and Rosie Jacobs, 30, of Minneapolis, were both injured when the steering column on their fishing boat broke, which caused it to make an abrupt change in direction while under operation, according to the news release.
