Feb. 26
2:52 a.m.: Report was made of one neighbor pounding on another neighbor's door and window near 500 Ash Ave. NW. The offender then smashed a carton of eggs on her window and door along with punching the neighbor. The female appeared under the influence or possibly mentally ill. She said she smashed the eggs because she could not break her window. Female was issued a disorderly conduct charge and all were advised to stay in their apartments.
8:33 a.m.: A female party came after the caller with a knife and is now breaking windows near 500 Ash Ave. NW.
Feb. 28
10:47 a.m.: Caller reported a male in a truck revving the engine on his truck for the last hour near 314 Emerson Ave. SW. Noisy party said they were having transmission troubles.
Hotel manager called reported that two individuals would not leave the hotel room at 2:37 p.m., checkout was at 11 a.m. These individuals were also asked to leave Timber Lodge in Staples the night before.
March 5
3:30 p.m.: Caller reported he found a plastic glove in house house and his TV was moved. He believed someone was in his apartment and that they may have brought their dog to his room to calm down his dog.
March 6
Report of a male customer that took a shopping cart from the grocery store and had not returned it. Officers were unable to spot any carts.
March 9
10:05 a.m.: Report was made of an assault at the Maslowski Wellness Center.
March 12
1:01 p.m.: Woman was cited for misdemeanor theft after stealing groceries and clothes at Walmart.
2:12 p.m.: Male asked for a breathalyzer saying his ignition interlock was not working properly.

March 11
4:04 p.m.: A reporting party called and stated that someone came to her mother's house claiming to be a deputy. They were informed that no one had been to her mother's but two individuals, possibly involved had been arrested.
March 14
6:46 p.m.: Two males walked off from Bell Hill Recovery Center. Both individuals showed up at a neighboring home and were transported back to Bell Hill and turned over to staff.
March 16
7:05 p.m.: Report of some people trying to assault the caller. The neighbors were arguing about garbage around each others apartments.
8:45 p.m.: Report of a male on a bike staring at an employee at a gas station through the window. Worker said "he was just acting odd."
9:14 p.m.: Deputy assisted the jail with a fight.
