No parking along today's parade route starting at 2 p.m.

WADENA — The Wadena Police Department issued the following advisory of no parking in areas of the homecoming parade route starting at 2 p.m. today.

"Please do not park on Jefferson from Aldrich to Garfield and from 2nd St SW along Aldrich by BN Park from 2-3 p.m. for the Wadena Deer Creek Homecoming Parade that starts at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022."

Parking returns to normal following the parade. Please be cautious of many people including school children heading towards the routes and slow moving traffic at that time.
