Fire damages tractor, shed, implement near Sebeka

The cause of the fire is unknown, according to the Wadena County Sheriff's Office.

SEBEKA — A tractor, shed and farm equipment was damaged in a fire Tuesday, July 19, in Red Eye Township.
The Wadena County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call for a tractor fire at about 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday, northwest of Sebeka, in section 19 of Red Eye Township. The property owner, Steve Skaro, reported his tractor was on fire and a nearby shed, according to a Wadena County Sheriff's Office news release.
Sebeka Fire Department, along with mutual aid from Menahga Fire Department, responded to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire.
There was significant damage, caused by the fire to the tractor, a planter and a pole shed.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
There were no injuries reported.
Sebeka Police Department also assisted the sheriff’s office on scene.
