- 2:04 a.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported a 29-year-old Minneapolis man was making threats to use a weapon. The individual was held until sober.
- 2:41 a.m., at WE Fest, fight reported in the campground involving four individuals. Medical assistance was requested for a 20-year-old West Fargo man who suffered unknown injuries. The assailant was a 19-year-old man from Webster, Minn. The parties were separated for the night.
- 10:52 a.m., near Andrews Avenue, Detroit Lakes, two men were involved in a physical altercation at a group home. The incident is under investigation.
- 10:56 a.m., near County Road 150, Frazee, chain cut on a private driveway. Various items and tools reported stolen. The homeowner is currently incarcerated out-of-state and unable to verify items. The incident is under investigation.
- 2:11 p.m., near Rattle Snake Circle, Waubun, physical domestic incident reported. A 67-year-old Ponsford man was arrested at the scene.
- 2:12 p.m., at the Becker County Jail, fraud reported.
- 2:57 p.m., near County Road 132, Callaway, a caller reported some adults were buying alcohol for juveniles. An extra patrol was requested.
- 4:11 p.m., near 5th Street, Audubon, a dog reportedly bit the caller.
- 5:15 p.m., at Walmart, shoplifting.
- 5:22 p.m., at WE Fest, an unresponsive individual was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
- 5:28 p.m., near Townhall Road, Audubon, a juvenile male was reportedly hanging out of a pickup truck, swearing at residents and giving obscene hand gestures. Law enforcement spoke to the boy’s parents and gave him a warning.
- 5:31 p.m., near south Lake Street, Frazee, a flag worker at a construction site was reportedly cat-calling individuals who passed by. The construction foreman was spoken to by law enforcement.
- 8:21 p.m., at WE Fest, a 23-year-old Detroit Lakes man was bleeding from the mouth. He was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes via medical shuttle.
- 9:12 p.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported their friend was threatening self-harm. The person reportedly tried walking into the swamp multiple times. Deputies noticed the individual was “very” intoxicated, but explained that he was not suicidal.
- 9:23 p.m., at WE Fest, a 20-year-old man from Backus, Minn., was cited for minor consumption.
- 10:14 p.m., at WE Fest, a 33-year-old Nashwauk man was reportedly rolling around on the ground and yelling at people in a threatening manner. Deputies escorted the man to an area to “sober up.”
- 10:59 p.m., at WE Fest, injury. A 44-year-old man suffered a face laceration and was reportedly unconscious for a time. The man was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes for treatment.
- 11:07 p.m., at WE Fest, emergency medical services personnel requested law enforcement assistance with an unruly patient. A 33-year-old Nashwauk man was transported to the ER at Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
- 11:22 p.m., at WE Fest, an intoxicated man was trying to leave the WE Fest grounds in a pickup truck. He damaged his truck and was advised not to drive. The man complied. Officers did not witness him operating the motor vehicle.
- 11:24 p.m., at WE Fest, a low-flying plane was reported over the concert bowl. Fargo air traffic control was contacted and were advised the plane didn’t appear to violate any air space regulations.
- 11:55 p.m., at WE Fest, a caller stated a man was severely intoxicated and needed assistance. Deputies departed the scene with the intoxicated man.
Friday, Aug. 5
- 12:03 a.m., at WE Fest, assault involving multiple parties. A 22-year-old Bagley woman, 45-year-old Bagley man, and 35-year-old Grand Forks woman reportedly assaulted a 37-year-old Waubun woman. No injuries were reported. The incident is under investigation.
- 12:22 a.m., at WE Fest, an individual suffered a possible overdose. Unknown if Narcan was administered. They were transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes for further treatment.
- 12:57 a.m., at WE Fest, attempted theft. A 40-year-old Barnesville man reportedly tried to steal an item from a backstage area. The man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
- 1:06 a.m., at WE Fest, a disorderly man was ejected from the concert grounds.
- 2:18 a.m., near West Lake Drive, Detroit Lakes, an intoxicated and disorderly 62-year-old Minneapolis woman was removed from the premises.
- 5:35 a.m., near Lake Avenue, Detroit Lakes, items left at a property. Party was advised to make a list of the lost items and submit it.
- 6:00 a.m., at Stenerson Lumber, Detroit Lakes, smoke coming from the top of the building. Multiple units responded and an attic vacuum was requested. Flames were reported as visible at 12:31 p.m. and was extinguished by units on-scene. No injuries.
- 9:00 a.m., at the WE Fest bowl, drug related. A drug sweep with a K-9 unit located a container with about a dozen illicit pills.
- 9:24 a.m., at WE Fest, Blue Ox Campground, hit-and-run involving two vehicles. Minor damage. The incident is under investigation.
- 9:52 a.m., near Highway 34 and Roosevelt Avenue, Detroit Lakes, two-vehicle crash. No injuries.
- 10:36 a.m., near Summer Island Road, Lake Park, an individual reportedly stole items and joy-rode in multiple vehicles.
- 11:14 a.m., near Minnesota Avenue, Detroit Lakes, a homemade trailer was reported as missing.
- 12:27 p.m., near east Main Avenue, Frazee, an intoxicated man was in the street and suffered a self-inflicted head injury. He refused medical care and was released to a family member.
- 1:32 p.m., near Minnesota Avenue, Detroit Lakes, assault. A 51-year-old Frazee man was hit over the head with “something” and suffered unknown injuries. A 44-year-old Detroit Lakes man was reportedly the assailant. The case has been sent to the county prosecutor's office for possible charges.
- 2:40 p.m., near West Lake Drive, Detroit Lakes, hit-and-run involving a parked vehicle. Minor damage.
- 2:48 p.m., at the Becker County Jail, a male inmate was suffering from low blood pressure and transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
- 6:03 p.m., near 280th Avenue, Detroit Lakes, a caller said they dropped their car off at an auto body shop, paid $1,000 in advance for repairs and now the shop is not returning their calls.
- 6:09 p.m., at Detroit Country Club, an individual suffered apparent heat stroke. They were transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
- 7:05 p.m., at WE Fest, two 18-year-old Grand Forks men were cited for minor consumption.
- 8:26 p.m., at WE Fest, four individuals cited for minor consumption.
- 9:40 p.m., at WE Fest, a 20-year-old Sioux Falls woman was cited for minor consumption.
- 9:49 p.m., near Highway 113, Waubun, domestic incident involving family members. No injuries.
- 9:54 p.m., at WE Fest, multiple parties were throwing beer bottles at a squad car. A 16-year-old Moorhead resident was detained for minor consumption, giving a false name, fleeing and disorderly conduct.
- 10:03 p.m., at WE Fest, possible broken wrist. A WE Fest medical shuttle requested.
- 10:12 p.m., at WE Fest, three Fargo women cited for minor consumption.
- 10:19 p.m., near West Lake Drive, Detroit Lakes, a tree was reported on a power line. City utilities workers were on the scene.
- 10:28 p.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported a man was suffering possible alcohol poisoning. The man declined treatment.
- 11:04 p.m., at WE Fest, a 22-year-old Bemidji man was found unconscious. He reported being assaulted by three men. The Bemidji man was treated at the scene.

Saturday, Aug. 6
- 12:16 a.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported being struck by a beer can. A 20-year-old Ogema man was arrested in connection with the incident and minor consumption.
- 4:04 a.m., at WE Fest, a 19-year-old Sartell man was cited for minor consumption.
- 4:25 a.m., at WE Fest, a 20-year-old Henning man and a 20-year-old Dent man were arrested for disorderly conduct, fleeing, obstruction and minor consumption.
- 8:42 a.m., near Lake Maud Drive, Detroit Lakes, a duck boat has reportedly been missing for about a week.
- 9:21 a.m., near Highway 10 and County Road 1, Lake Park, a miniature horse was reported on the roadway. The animal was safely corralled.
- 11:05 a.m., at WE Fest, a 25-year-old man suffered a seizure. No transport needed.
- 1:16 p.m., near Minnesota Avenue, Detroit Lakes, domestic assault. A 37-year-old woman was arrested at the scene. No injuries were reported.
- 2:01 p.m., at WE Fest, an intoxicated man was transported to a private residence.
- 2:04 p.m., near Pleasant View Road, Frazee, a vehicle rolled off a ramp, causing possible leg and chest injuries to an individual. EMS was dispatched to the scene.
- 3:11 p.m., near Main Street, Ogema, phone scam involving verbal threats of violence.
- 3:55 p.m., at WE Fest, a man was trespassed from the concert grounds after repeatedly trying to board Miranda Lambert’s tour bus.
- 7:17 p.m., at WE Fest, inappropriate sexual conduct. A 19-year-old woman from Fairmont N.D. and a 20-year-old woman from Barney, N.D. reported being sexually assaulted by a 32-year-old Detroit Lakes man. The man was arrested and the investigation remains ongoing.
- 8:15 p.m., at WE Fest, a woman rolled into a swamp. She refused medical attention.
- 8:17 p.m., at WE Fest, an 18-year-old Grafton woman was arrested for presenting false information to a deputy and minor consumption.
- 9:20 p.m., at WE Fest, a man was smoking marijuana. He presented an out-of-state medical cannabis card. His paraphernalia and cannabis were taken and destroyed.
- 9:37 p.m., at WE Fest, a man reported being assaulted by an unknown man. He suffered minor cuts and was treated at the scene and was released to his friends.
- 9:40 p.m., at WE Fest, a 20-year-old Fargo man was ejected from the concert grounds and cited for disorderly conduct.

- 10:32 p.m., near County Road 39 and 180th Street, Frazee, single-vehicle rollover. A 21-year-old Osage man suffered cuts to his face and appeared to be intoxicated. He was arrested for suspicion of DWI.

- 12:46 a.m., at WE Fest, a woman reported an abusive relationship on-site. She stayed in the chaplain's tent until she could be picked up by family.
- 1:27 a.m., near Linden Road, Rochert, three Stihl chainsaws and a Stihl backpack blower were reported stolen. The case is under investigation.
- 1:29 a.m., at WE Fest, multiple parties reported fighting. An 18-year-old Battle Lake man was cited for minor consumption.
- 1:35 a.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported a “passed-out” person was sleeping in the bed of their truck. They were assisted in getting home.
- 1:58 a.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported a man was banging on the door to their camper. They reported it as an on-going issue. The man was advised to stay away from the camper.
- 2:47 a.m., at WE Fest, multiple groups were reportedly trying to start fights in the parking lot.
- 2:53 a.m., at WE Fest, a 21-year-old St. Michael man was ejected from the property after kicking a porta-potty, causing minor damage.
- 3:08 a.m., at WE Fest, a 19-year-old Moorhead woman was arrested for kicking over a porta-potty and minor consumption.

- 3:36 a.m., at WE Fest, assault. A 20-year-old Victoria man suffered unknown injuries after being assaulted by a 20-year-old Federal Dam man. The man from Federal Dam was arrested.

- 4:23 a.m., at WE Fest, a caller reported an intoxicated male party. EMS help was declined.

- 5:49 a.m., near Dakota Street, Callaway, purse stolen. Prescription medication, phone, and an uncashed check were in the purse.
- 8:48 a.m., at WE Fest, an unruly man was reported in the security area. The man was given a ride to a private residence.
- 8:52 a.m., near Detroit Lakes, suicide related. She was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes for treatment.
- 11:21 a.m., at WE Fest, phone scam involving possible extortion. The case is under investigation.
- 11:52 a.m., at WE Fest, phone theft. The phone was tracked to Fargo. The case is under investigation.
- 12:12 p.m., near Frazee, domestic incident reported.
- 1:36 p.m., at Walmart, Detroit Lakes, a man was reportedly urinating near his truck. He was warned.
- 3:51 p.m., near Eagle Lake Road, Frazee, juveniles throwing water balloons at a child’s lemonade stand. The juveniles were advised any further action would result in a citation.
- 5:57 p.m., near Detroit Lakes, a juvenile damaged a window.
- 7:06 p.m., near 230th Avenue and County Road 144, Detroit Lakes, a 14-year-old suffered an apparent neck injury during an ATV crash. The teen was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, and was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
- 7:36 p.m., near east Frazee Street, Detroit Lakes, a micro-baggy was found containing suspected drugs. They were disposed of.
- 11:00 p.m., near 185th Street, Detroit Lakes, a 20-year-old man from Hartford, S.D. was injured after being run over by a golf cart during maintenance. The man was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes.
