Business Professionals of America students soar at regional competition

All the students are advancing to the state competition in March.

Twenty-five students from Wadena-Deer Creek's Business Professionals of America competed at a regional competition in January 2022. All are advancing to the state competition in March.

WADENA — Wadena-Deer Creek students in Business Professionals of America (BPA) had a great turnout at the Regional Competition on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at Park Rapids High School.

"With months of practice, all 25 students qualified for the State Competition on March 10-12 in Minneapolis," stated Mr. Haustveit, WDC Business/Marketing instructor and BPA advisor. "With all of the state qualifiers, we also had 13 Region Champions."
