Bloodmobile comes to Wadena June 28

Schissel, who served as coordinator of the blood drive, said the event was a great success and surpassed their goal of 45 pints by five. The American Red Cross team from Alexandria set up their mobile site in the Auditorium Gymnasium, taking donations from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The WDC NHS is made up of juniors and seniors.

The Bloodmobile is coming to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wadena from noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 28. The church is located at 403 Second Street SE.

Donation frequency: Every 56 days, up to 6 times a year
You must be in good health and feeling well
You must be at least 16 years old in most states
You must weigh at least 110 lbs
