Linda K. Rogers, 55, of Wadena died peacefully at her home on Thursday, April 12, 2007.

She was born Sept. 21, 1951, in Sidney, Ohio, to Francis and Dorothy Black. She married Terry Rogers on May 30, 1981, in Halstad. She worked as a waitress at the Boondocks Cafe for many years. Her hobbies included collecting home interior items and watching wrestling.

Funeral services were held on Monday, April 16, at the Bielema Family Funeral Home-Wadena Chapel with the Rev. Orville Sauter officiating. Casketbearers were Harvey Rogers, Tim Rogers, Mark Black, Mike Black, Rudy Yglesias and Marlo Krenz.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Terry; daughters, Cecelia (Kraig) Ostgaard of Shelly, and Tammy Templeton of Chandler, Ariz.; sons, Tim (Siri) Harrison of Wisconsin, Tim (Karen) Rogers of Owatonna, and Kelby Rogers at home; 11 grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Black of Verndale; sisters, Marilyn Magruder of Montgomery City, Mo., Susan (Dean) Wilson of Perry, Mo., Sharon (Dave) Sherman of Monroe City, Mo., Tina Hughs of Clarence, Mo., Kathy (Dan) Shave of Frazee, Sandy (Gavin) Hieb of Verndale; brothers, Dave (Deb) Black of Curryville, Mo., Bill (Sandy) Black of Wadena, Tom (Diane) Black of Nerstrand, Ted (Marsha) Black of Verndale, Mike Black of Verndale, Mark Black of Motley. She was preceded in death by her father, and brother-in-law, John Hughs.
