I would like to congratulate Senator Dan Skogen on his introduction of Senate File 270: A constitutional amendment for sales tax increase and receipts dedication to natural resources purposes. I hope that he will add on a walk-in-hunting program like North Dakota and South Dakota and most of the states west of Minnesota have. For those of you who would like to know more about dedicated funding, there will be a seminar on Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. at the Wadena Tech School. The Knob Hill Sportsman Club is sponsoring this seminar.
