A 24-year-old man from Lake Elmo was sentenced to nearly five years in prison for his part in a pair of home invasions in Sebeka last October.
Andrew Thomas St. Michel was sentenced Feb. 24 in Wadena County District Court to 57 months in prison and $1,163 in fines and restitution for second-degree assault and first-degree aggravated robbery charges. Several other crimes were dismissed at sentencing as part of a plea agreement.
St. Michel, along with three others who were charged, went to two homes and stole rifles, a handgun, drugs and cash. In one of the home invasions, a victim was hit on the head with a metal bar.
Bethany Kruse and her boyfriend, William Gilbert Romo, have already been sentenced in the case.
