U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar will be the keynote speaker for Wadena-Deer Creek School's annual Veterans' Day program on Thursday, Nov. 11.
The program will include the Presentation of Colors, essay readings by students, and patriotic music by the WDC Band and Choir. Wadena-Deer Creek Superintendent Virginia Dahlstrom will serve as master of ceremonies.
The program will start at 1 p.m. in the WDC Elementary Gymnasium, with refreshments to follow served by the WDC Student Council.
Veterans, their families and the public are invited to attend.
