A history of the Fergus Falls State Hospital, also known as the kirkbride, will be presented Saturday, Feb. 17 from 3-4 p.m. at the History Museum of East Otter Tail County, 230 1st Ave., Perham. The guest speaker will be Kristy Halstensgaard. Coffee and cookies will be served. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
