Glendon G. Crocker, 71, of Carthage, Mo., died Friday, April 13, 2007, at St. John's Hospital, Joplin, Mo.
He was born Nov. 14, 1935, in Wadena County and was the son of Kermit and Anna (Galdun) Crocker. He retired from Howard Buick as a parts department manager. He attended Evangel Assembly of God for many years. He was always going somewhere to help someone in anyway he could nearly daily.
He and Barbara Graff were married Jan. 6, 1991, in Carthage.
Funeral services were Monday, April 16, at Ulmer Funeral Home Chapel in Carthage. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Carthage. Arrangements are under direction of Ulmer Funeral Home. A local memorial service will be held Saturday, April 21. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Gideon Bibles in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Anna; mother, Anna Crocker; two sons, Brett and Stuart and their wives both of Richfield, Minn.; three daughters, Suzette Crocker of Colorado Springs, Colo., Charlene Crocker of Newfolden, Minn., and their husbands, and Cary Crocker of Carthage; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Gordon Crocker of Staples, Gaylord Crocker of Columbia Heights, Minn., Gaylord Crocker, of Port Arthur, Texas; and one sister, Gayle Gordon of Verndale. He was preceded in death by his father and his first wife, Yvonne Swanson Crocker.
