72 expected to graduate Friday from WDC Schools


Some 72 students commence their high school career Friday evening at the Wadena-Deer Creek Middle-High School.

The class of 2018, will start their processional following an introduction by Superintendent Lee Westrum at 7 p.m. in the gym.

A welcome address will be given by Lila Lohmiller, along with student addresses by Elizabeth Miron and Casey Volkmann and closing remarks by Alexandria Kahl.

The WDC High School symphonic band, and concert band will perform and the Wadena VFW color guard will present the colors during the ceremony.
