A Wadena man will face drug and firearm charges in Wadena County District Court after a search of his home
Jan. 28.
On that date, investigators with the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the home of Steven Arthur Savaloja, 50. The search allegedly uncovered methamphetamine, unidentified prescription pills and drug paraphernalia.
Investigators also allegedly found a 20 gauge shotgun and ammunition, according to court records.
Savaloja was convicted of first-degree conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime on Oct. 10, 2008, and was prohibited from possessing a firearm because of the conviction.
