Dan McElroy, DEED commissioner, and other agency representatives are visiting 11 Minnesota communities this summer to discuss new initiatives designed to encourage economic and workforce development in the state. The commissioner also will discuss the state of the economy and present an overview of the 2010 legislative session during each event.
DEED's summer road show will be in Fergus Falls on July 27. We have invited our core partners to attend, including economic developers, workforce development professionals, educators, local government officials, business leaders and legislators.
The event will be from 1-4:30 p.m. at M State-Fergus Falls' Legacy Hall.
