Lakewood Health System has a new clinical nurse specialist, according to a press release sent to the Pioneer Journal.
Debra Tastad is now on Lakewood's team of medical providers, and will work closely with Rheumatologist Dr. Kathryn Riordan.
Tastad graduated with a Masters in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. She is a member of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She also has a special interest in treating chronic diseases, especially within the specialty of rheumatology.
