A 22-year-old Wadena County man was charged with third-degree damage to property and fifth-degree assault for allegedly pulling a man from his vehicle and hitting him, and later punching and shattering the vehicle's window.
Jared Ray Halonen faces a Feb. 6 hearing on the charges in Wadena County District Court.
The alleged incident was Oct. 20 in Menahga.
