An Ottertail man is facing one felony charge for damage to property after allegedly causing more than $5,800 in damage to a trailer house by way of fist.
Michael Ray Eric Thomas Mason, 22, is accused of causing damage on two separate occasions to the vinyl siding of a trailer home located in Battle Lake.
According to court complaints, Mason visited the home twice in September 2011 and began punching the siding, creating quite a bit of damage.
A witness to the incident reported that Mason appeared to be drunk.
In an interview with law enforcement, Mason said he was frustrated at the woman living inside the trailer and admitted to being drunk.
