The Red Cross Bloodmobile was at the St. Ann's Parish Center, Wadena, Wednesday, July 5 and Thursday, July 6. A total of 97 units were donated Wednesday with a goal of 90. There were four first-time donors. The Thursday Bloodmobile derived 62 units with a goal of 65, for a total of 159 units (with total goals of 155). There were seven first-time donors on Thursday. Double red cells were collected both days.

- 8 gallons: Joyce Boyne, Wadena;
- 7 gallons: Isidor Macho, Wadena
- 5 gallons: Jack Witthuhn, Wadena
- 4 gallons: Patricia Harrison, Wadena;
- 3 gallons: David Bernstetter, Sebeka; and Phillip Thoennes, Wadena;
- 1 gallon: Irene Baron, Angie Gulrud, and Sharon Squier, Wadena; Becky Shultz and Larry Shultz, Deer Creek; and Steve Kallinen, Park Rapids.
Delores Froelich, Deer Creek, was the winner of the two free tickets to the Twins game on Aug. 15 (behind home plate.)
