Enjoy a Sunday evening with food, fellowship and a program at a Fall Friendship Gathering on Oct. 30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bertha. The church's Christian Women's group is hosting the event open to women of all denominations in the area.
Fellowship starts at 5 p.m., followed by a light lunch of salads and sweet breads at 5:30. The evening ends with a program by the Singing Grandmas, Jane Weber and her sister Mary Lehmkuhl of Wadena, who are well known for their singing and humor.
A freewill offering will be taken for a local charity. St. Joseph Church is located at 201 Cherry St., Bertha.
