ALDRICH—Emergency responders tended to the scene of a rollover crash Tuesday morning on Hwy 10 in Aldrich. One truck could be seen in the ditch on its side. Tri-County Ambulance was on scene along with Verndale Police and Wadena County Sheriff's Office.

The Wadena County Sheriff's Office released additional information on the crash Wednesday. The crash happened when a 1997 Ford F-150, driven by Nicholas Drone, 18, Verndale, lost control on the ice. The vehicle spun out on Hwy 10 before hitting a snow bank near the intersection of Main Street West and rolled into the ditch. Drone and his passenger, a 10-year-old female, were both checked by medical personnel and released.

Road conditions included some icy areas and blowing snow. The Minnesota State Patrol and Scott's Southtown Towing also assisted at the scene.
