A 6-week-old baby girl died Sunday, the day after her baptism.
At 5:43 a.m. on Sept. 9, the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call of a baby not breathing at a home in rural Deer Creek.
Isabella Margaret Swanson, the daughter of Anthony and Monica (Schaefer) Swanson, was taken by ambulance to Tri-County Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected, according to the sheriff's office.
An autopsy will be performed at the St. Paul/Ramsey Medical Examiner's Office. The matter is being investigated by the sheriff's office.
