Two level 3 predatory offenders are back in jail after a month of living on their own in Wadena.
After being released, Timothy G. Bungert (on Nov. 5) and Adam L. Schultz (on Nov. 1), the two were both living on the 100 block of Bryant Avenue in Wadena.
"Bungert and Schultz are only authorized to speak with individuals who are pre-approved through their department of corrections agent," according to Wadena Police Sgt. Brandon Pearson. "Officers received information that they had both violated that term of their release, so a warrant was issued for their arrests."
The two were arrested by Wadena Police Dec. 5 and taken to the Wadena County Jail.
Bungert has a history of contacting girls, ages 12-14, on the internet and engaging in sexual conversation. He also attempted to arrange to meet for sexual contact with one victim. He was not known to victims.
