"Live United" is the United Way's slogan and it is suggested that this be accomplished by giving to your community, advocating for the United Way cause and volunteering your time.
The Wadena Area United Way kicked off its 2010-2011 fundraising campaign three weeks ago. These funds support 15 local agencies and programs, with special emphasis on Tornado Relief this campaign.
So far $14,604.56 toward the $25,000 goal has been given or pledged.
