NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO ADOPT THE
LAND USE
ADMINISTRATIVE
ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 375.51 Subdivision 2, that the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners intends to adopt the “Land Use Administrative Ordinance”. The proposed ordinance revision will be considered at a meeting of the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners via WebEx on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be available for viewing and participation via WebEx due to the public health pandemic and declared emergency in accordance with MN Statute §13D.021, Subd. 1(1).
The purpose of the proposed ordinance combines the Board of Adjustment Ordinance and the Planning Commission Ordinance into one, concise ordinance.
Copies of the proposed “Land Use Administrative Ordinance” are available on the Otter Tail County website at https://ottertailcountymn.us/department/land-resource-anagement/ and at the Otter Tail County Land & Resource Management department, located at 540 W Fir AVE, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting virtually via WebEx or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date. Persons wishing to attend and/or comment may join via WebEx or by phone only. A link to join the meeting and a dial-in number will be provided on the October 6, 2020 agenda which will be posted on the County Board of Commissioners website on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Instructions on how to participate can also be found on the County Board of Commissioners website. Written testimony must be submitted to the County Administrator’s office, 520 West Fir Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537 and must be submitted by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
